The Caroline County Department of Public Works is seeking quotes for an Inventory Management System. This will include but is not limited to:

• Biweekly inventory management & replenishment
• Parts room organization
• Provide labeled bins
• Provide labeled cabinets
• Provide storage containers
• Track & maintain/replenish stock on various auto parts, tools, etc.
  •  See the inventory list provided. Will vary throughout the year.
• All weight or load-bearing hardware must be manufactured in North America.
  • All hardware GRADE 8 unless specified
• All fiber and chemical items must provide SDS upon delivery.

Please base the quote on the 100 items included in the inventory sheet attached. These items will include auto parts, tools, solvents, etc. This inventory sheet is for total bid purposes only and is not all-inclusive.

If you would like to see the shop, a visit will need to be scheduled through our office.
